First client experience.
Back on February 23, 2009 I was contacted by I guy named Nick who asked me if he could use one of my icons for an app he was developing. I said it was ok. After a few days he replyed to me and said that there could be some problems since the icon was too similar to the Xcode icon, so I started to work on a new one. After I did it and sent it to him, he replyed to me saying that the icon was great and on the e-mail there was attached the image of the iPhone’s Sprigboard with the icon I made. He was using a Mac icon for an iPhone/iPod Touch app. After I understood that the was developing an iPhone app, I sarted the third icon, this time designed for the iPhone. After I sent it to him, after about two weeks he said that it was rejected by Apple for some copyright reasons. Then I changed the icon a bit and sent it to him again. In 5 months he replyed to me only at a half on the e-mails I sent to him, and now It’s been more that one month since the last e-mail I sent to him and still no reply. Hope the app will be rejected again, and if that happens, he will have to find another designer.
Mail Icon Replacement.
This is an icon I made some time ago, as replacement for the Mail app. You can download it here. Mac version only.
New start.
I’ve decided to delet all my previous posts and start this Tumblr blog again. I’m going to use it as a real blog, not to post funny videos or photos. I’m doing this because my websites runs on MobileMe server, which doesn’t support PHP and SQL, so I can’t use most of blog platforms and CMS. Here I’ll post some releases I made and some WIP projects I’ve been working on. Other posts will be about news on my real life or related to the work I do. See you soon.
